Western PA Section Manager Resigns

Rich Beaver N3SRJ, Western PA Section Manager resigned his position effective March 13, 2006.

Rich said that he wanted to go back to his roots in the ARES program.  Rich served over the years in a number of the ARES appointments in the Western PA Section, including: Emergency Coordinator, District Emergency Coordinator and Section Emergency Coordinator.

A search committee has been formed to review interested candidates and one candidate will be appointed after consultation between the Atlantic Division Director and the ARRL Field and Education Services Manager.
